At AffordableNest, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. We stand behind our catalog, but we also require our customers to understand the strict guidelines of our warranty program before filing a claim.

📢 Eligibility Notice: Warranty coverage is strictly limited to products that explicitly feature a “Warranty Applicable” badge or statement within the product description at the time of purchase. If a product page does not explicitly state that a warranty is included, the item is sold strictly on an “as-is” basis and is not eligible for warranty claims.

1. What is Covered?

Our standard 6-month warranty covers internal manufacturing defects only. This means the product failed to operate as intended due to a flaw in the manufacturing process or faulty internal components, despite normal and proper usage by the customer.

2. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)

To maintain fair pricing for all AffordableNest customers, we strictly enforce our warranty exclusions. Warranty claims will be immediately rejected if the product shows signs of:

  • Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, deep scratches, or broken ports resulting from drops or impacts.
  • Liquid Damage: Any malfunction caused by exposure to water, sweat, moisture, or other liquids.
  • Improper Usage: Damage caused by using incorrect power adapters, power surges, or inserting cables forcefully.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic fading, fraying of cables, or natural battery degradation over time.
  • Tampering: Any evidence that the product has been opened, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
⚠️ Important: If a returned item is inspected by our technical team and is found to be suffering from physical or liquid damage rather than a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense.

3. The Claim Process & Mandatory Proof

We require thorough documentation to process a warranty claim. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out the form on our Register Warranty page.
  • Once our support team contacts you via Email or WhatsApp, you must provide a clear, uncut video demonstrating the exact defect or issue with the product.
  • Claims submitted without video evidence or clear photographs of the product’s condition from all angles will not be processed.

We reserve the right to attempt basic troubleshooting steps with you over WhatsApp or Email before authorizing a return. Many issues can be resolved remotely without the need for a full product exchange!
